Soul Celebration
Tonight I am exhausted and exhilarated. Exhausterated, if you will. That odd, but beautiful experience of being physically and mentally worn out, but emotionally, spiritually and relationally fed and nurtured.
My day started at 8:30am with me teaching a two-hour adult child coach training class. Swiftly followed by one 90 minute coaching session and four 60 minute coaching sessions. I got home at 7:30pm, exhausterated.
I am on a high from all the connections, the insights and the healing that I have been a part of today. And I am very tired after nearly eight hours of coaching (there is a lot of coaching involved in training coaches). My body wants to go to bed and my soul want to celebrate.
I think I will please both body and soul by having a long, hot, bubbly bath.
See you all tomorrow!
