Organizational Coaching

Transitioning your team to a new normal

The Covid-19 pandemic saw many countries deciding to institute drastic measures which led to many citizens, businesses and employees  being locked down. These drastic measures are unprecedented and are certainly unbeknown to many. This has to resulted in high levels of fear, anxiety and panic.

Employers were forced to have their employees to work from home wherever possible. In some cases working from home has just not been possible. As progress is being made with managing the spread of the virus some businesses and employees have been able to go back to work. The hope is that when people return to the workplace they will be able to be productive again.

But what does being productive again mean? How do people relate to each other in a changed world? How do people work together again? Is there a need to change the work methods? Is there a need for upskilling and reskilling to meet the changed and changing work environment? More importantly; is the organizational strategy still relevant and embraced by all?

What can employers do?

Judy and Pam can work with your team to:

  • Help manage the stress and anxiety that teams and individual staff members will inevitably be experiencing
  • Work with the team to re-establish a sense of trust and openness among team members.
  • Work with the team to realign it with the adapted organizational strategy?
  • Coach team members to reconnect with their sense of purpose and excellence.

Is this necessary?

The impact of Covid 19 on creating anxiety, fear and uncertainty for individual staff members cannot be under-estimated. Because anxiety, fear and stress hamper effectiveness and efficiency, this intervention makes business sense; a healthy, supported and well engaged workforce is critical to the attainment of organizational goals.

It has been proven that organizations that recognize their employees as their biggest asset and invest in their wellbeing reap the benefits of their investment in profitability and the achievement of organizational goals.

What is the offering?

Pam and Judy have combined their collective team coaching experience to deliver team effectiveness sessions. They bring insights and a deep sense of empathy through the use of tools and coaching modalities that will set the organization up to be ahead of the curve in post-lockdown operations. Judy and Pam will spend a full day with each team, helping to create a shared vision and set up systems and processes to achieve this vision with resilience and fortitude. Most businesses and organisations are still working remotely, making team interaction and co-operation a challenge. It is particularly difficult for people who are used to working in a team to be working in isolation from home. The day process will not only assist with rebuilding team cohesion, developing protocols and recommitting to a shared vision, it will also model how to effectively run team processes in a virtual environment.

The investment

The detail of the investment will be discussed with clients and the following must be noted:

  • Size of the team (not more than 18 people in one group)
  • 2X Coaches Daily rate
