Coaching Packages
Coaching is most effective when it happens consistently over a sustained period. Because it is a very powerful process, clients often feel much better after one or two sessions and decide they don’t need to continue. This initial relief can be very misleading because, as my friend Johan says, “you will start to feel better, but you won’t be cured.” This is why I urge clients to commit to a minimum of 6 sessions over 3 months.
I try to make my coaching affordable and accessible to as many people as possible. I’m pretty sure you will find an option that works for you.
Discovery Session: 30 minutes for new clients
- Free of charge
- Online via Zoom, Skype or phone
A Discovery Session is a free session for potential clients to answer any questions you might have and to check if I am a good fit for you.

Quick-coaching: 30 minutes of quick-coaching for existing clients
This package is for existing clients who need a quick tune-up or check-in for a specific issue.

- R 700 per session

Regain Package (3 months)
- 6 hours
- Online via Zoom, Skype or phone
- R 8 500
This package helps you to get back on top of whatever feels out of control or broken by supporting you to regain your energy and enthusiasm to make the changes you know you need to make. The 6 hours can be used in 30, 60 or 90 minute sessions.
Sessions must be used within 5 months after start date.

Maintain Package (4 months)
- 8 hours

This package takes regaining your energy and enthusiasm further by helping you to identify and put in place new thoughts, behaviours and systems to maintain good boundaries, good practices and good self-care. It includes an eCourse* of your choice that supports the issues you are primarily working on. The 8 hours can be used in 30, 60 or 90 minute sessions
Sessions must be used within 6 months after start date.

Flourish Package (6 months)
- 12 hours

- R 15 000
This package works by helping you to not only regain and maintain your success, but also to explore new avenues that support and express your passion and purpose. It includes two eCourses* of your choice that support the issues you are primarily working on. The 12 hours can be used in 30, 60 or 90 minute sessions
Sessions must be used within 8 months after start date.

Nourish Package (3 months)
- Two x 30-minute sessions a month (first session is 1 hour)
- Online via Zoom, Skype or phone
- R 1 500 per month
This package is good for people who need short, sharp session to keep them on their chosen path. There is a mandatory commitment to three months to start at a fee of R 4500, after which time you can carry on or cancel any time you like.

Policies
- Payment for all coaching and packages is in advance.
- Coaching sessions are via Zoom, phone or Skype, unless stated otherwise.
- Hours can be converted to 30-minute sessions, but these will be held on the phone or via Zoom/Skype.
- All coaching sessions will expire if not redeemed within the stipulated time.
- Coaching sessions and packages are non-refundable and not transferable.
- It is important to build up and keep some momentum, so I recommend having sessions weekly or fortnightly in order to get the most out of your coaching.
- Life happens and sometimes you may need to cancel a session. Please note that, other than in the case of an emergency, I require 24 hours notice to avoid forfeiting your session.
- Session bookings are made via my online scheduling programme or in consultation with me.
